54-page management report provides
vital benchmark information for more than 30
expense categories covering factory/shipping, sales
and general administrative. Reports are
provided by sales volume, metal cast, casting process
and employee size. Average performance data is

2007 Wage & Benefit
Survey
This survey provides a comprehensive look at 12 different job classifications of hourly
wage earners. How they are compensated, what benefits they receive and how practices vary
by company size and location. The survey comes with a CD-ROM containing all individual
company data from 1998 to 2007, permitting custom searches.
2005
Financial Survey
This provides a snapshot view of the financial performance expected from a company in
the die casting industry. Productivity, sales performance, profitability and manufacturing
efficiency are all measured and reported. The Financial Survey is now accompanied by
online graphs showing a graphical fifteen year history of each ratio or percentage that has been
collected for the survey.
2006 Die Cast Machine
Study
This 12-page
study summarizes information on the size, number and geographical distribution
of die casting machines. Data on machines was submitted by 83% of the 587 companies that participated in the survey, and due to the high number of respondents, NADCA believes the
information in this report to be statistically significant.
2006 Salary & Executive Compensation Survey
Within the survey key
demographics such as location, number of die casting machines,
and number of employees is identified. The survey is then broken
down into salary comparisons of different titles of employment.
These 17 varying titles ranged from General Forman to
Engineering Manager. Finally, the survey explores the salaries
and executive benefits of 7 executive positions from CEO to VP
of Engineering.
